Leasing Operations & Sales Support

• Execute EV leasing programs for retail, corporate, and fleet customers.
• Support sales teams and dealers with leasing proposals, quotations, and approvals.
• Explain leasing terms, EV ownership benefits, and cost structures to customers.

Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with banks and leasing partners for credit approval and documentation.
• Ensure timely approval, contract signing, and vehicle release.
• Maintain strong working relationships with finance partners.

Documentation & Compliance

• Manage leasing contracts, customer KYC, and approval documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.

Portfolio & Performance Monitoring

• Track active leases, renewals, and early closures.
• Monitor payment performance and escalate risks when required.
• Support asset recovery and contract completion processes.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare leasing performance reports and forecasts.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve leasing products.
• Support new leasing product launches and promotions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive leasing, auto finance, or banking
• Experience working with dealers, sales teams, and financial institutions
• EV or fleet leasing experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes and documentation
• Good financial and numerical skills, Excellent coordination and communication skills, Customer-oriented and detail-focused & Proficient in MS Excel and CRM systems
