The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all maintenance activities within the factory, including machinery, electrical systems, water supply systems, and utilities.

• Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all production machinery and equipment.
• Manage and maintain factory utility systems including water supply systems, boilers, compressors, electrical systems, and generators.
• Ensure adequate supply of water, steam, and electricity required for production processes.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of electrical installations, motors, pumps, and control systems.
• Supervise mechanical maintenance of processing equipment and factory facilities.
• Diagnose equipment faults and implement timely repair solutions.
• Maintain proper safety standards for electrical systems, machinery, and utilities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical maintenance materials.
• Ensure proper maintenance of factory buildings, water systems, drainage systems, and other infrastructure.
• Maintain maintenance records, repair logs, and equipment service history.
• Support production efficiency through effective maintenance strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing (or) Industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, water systems, and factory utilities.
• Experience in food or dairy processing factories is an advantage.
• Experience with automated and PLC controlled systems is on advantages.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
