Job Summary
As the Manager - Branch Operations (Head Office), you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and seamless coordination across our branch network. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all branches by overseeing a wide spectrum of operational activities. You will be a key liaison between the Head Office and branches, working collaboratively to optimize processes, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver an exceptional experience to both internal teams and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE (SOP) & SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA):
Develop, implement, and optimize processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, controls, and risk management, while elevating the customer experience at our branches.
Set Service Level Agreement (SLA)s with stakeholders and ensure strict adherence to them at all times.
BRNACHES SUPPORT
Vigilantly monitor Banking System issues originating from branches and internal stakeholders, acting swiftly in collaboration with the IT Core Team to drive resolutions.
Expertly resolve branch operations challenges that arise from day-to-day branch operations, demonstrating astute problem-solving skills.
Serve as a vital liaison between Head Office departments and branches, facilitating seamless information flow and swift issue resolution.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products, processes and systems, validating their readiness for deployment.
PROJECTS
Manage, track, and oversee departmental projects, ensuring their successful execution and timely completion.
Provide line manager and stakeholders with regular project status updates and escalate issues where appropriate to ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met.
Identify opportunities for growth, propose new initiatives, and contribute to the strategic planning of business expansion.
BACK-OFFICE OPERATIONS
Supervise back-office operations, including the execution of transactions requested by both branches and the Head Office.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking or a related field
A Master’s degree is a plus
Minimum 2 years working experiences in Operation, Financial Products, or banking industry
Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Words/Excel/PowerPoint)
Proficient in preparing and interpreting flowcharts (Microsoft Visio)
Proficient in project management, tools, and applications
Proficient in identifying Risks and putting in Controls
Capable to execute and manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Capable to create and deliver clear, concise, and well-structured presentations and reports
Capable to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Capable to fulfill various duties and responsibilities
Strong analytical skill and critical thinking skill
Good knowledge on Compliance
Lead the team and ensure delivery of work in accordance with Business Unit Strategy
Accountable for collaborating across the value chain to execute on Business Unit Strategy
Build and manage effective relationships with functional teams and other business units
Proactively develops rapport with key customers and external stakeholders
Achieve excellence in all tasks and goals while managing Risk
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in both Myanmar and English.
