Branch Helpdesk and Manage to all the branches concerning about the card’s product operations and general knowledge
Collaborate with Sale & Marketing Team for Card Promotion Event.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree, more prefer in Finance and Banking or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in card management system.
Good knowledge of card product, ATM and CSS management.
Good knowledge of technologies such as ATM process, card management system and HSM.
Good understanding of core banking system.
Strong interpersonal skills
Be a Problem Solver, Highly Analytical, Resourceful, Hard working
Have excellent communication and organizational skills
Workplace Digital Skills
Languages Skill-English (Professional Working Proficiency)
