Position Objective:

Overall responsible for developing and maintaining the AIA Infrastructure and Cloud infrastructure, Information Security and Governance. Collaborating with different application teams, engineers, information security teams, and project managers to provide the best support and suggest appropriate systems based on the projects and applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based IT infrastructure aligned with business goals.
• Lead architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless integration and cost-efficient resource optimization.
• Analyze cloud usage for cost-saving opportunities.
• Optimize resource allocation and recommend rightsizing by working with FinOps team.
• Implement cost monitoring tools and storage cost management.
• Define and enforce operational processes and best practices.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among the team members.
• Monitor metrics and optimize resources for application performance.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance the application and systems.
• Monitor and analyze application performance.
• Implement monitoring, alerts, and load testing for readiness.
• Identify and assess vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure and applications.
• Address vulnerabilities promptly and conduct security audits.
• Conduct regular security assessments to compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize advanced security scanning tools to identify weaknesses in infrastructure and applications.
• Conduct static and dynamic code analysis to uncover vulnerabilities.
• Implement patches and fixes to address security issues promptly.
• Develop and oversee security awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
• Work with local and group team on incident response efforts to mitigate cyber threats and minimize impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contain and remediate security incidents.
• Generate and analyze security reports to identify trends and potential threats.
• Provide regular security updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Cloud and Infra, Information Security.
• Preferred cloud related certificate and information security certificate holder.
• Azure AD, ITIL, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, SQL, Cloud Security, ITDR.
• Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.
• Individuals keep abreast of current security threats and stay current with security technology evolution
• Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
• Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.
