The Regional Security Manager reports to the Operations Manager and Head of Security, overseeing security operations, monitoring equipment, supervising staff, and documenting incidents. Responsibilities include training security teams, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with security procedures. In emergencies, they prepare reports and communicate through the chain of command. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and managerial skills are essential for success. Regular reporting to Line Managers and the Head of Security is required, either bi-weekly or monthly, depending on needs
Job Description
▪ To write weekly and monthly report
▪ Helping to operate of the operational work with securely and effectively
▪ Supervising to the security and assign with their tasks
▪ Creating personal folder for new hire as well as security manpower update
▪ Collecting the data for operational reports
▪ Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
▪ Preparing the travelling process to the trainers, trainees and hotel and hostel accommodation [Hotel booking etc.,]
▪ To maintain daily records and incident report update if have
▪ To familiar with locations of all major facilities
▪ To monitor CCTV and Alarm system management
▪ To handle all interruption and complaining security issues
▪ To develop and maintain positive working relationship with others
▪ To support team to reach common goals
▪ To meet with the branch manager or in charge so as to discuss important security matters with them.
▪ To carry out include operating monitoring equipment and complex security cameras.
▪ To patrol the ground of a business where they are employed.
▪ Must be ready to direct staff members to take appropriate measures to neutralize such threats.
▪ To work with local police departments for an outside investigation to take place.
