Role Overview:

The Singapore Embassy is seeking a responsible and experienced Site Security Manager to oversee and ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, relevant security management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site security operations

• Lead and coordinate the security team to ensure daily duties are carried out effectively

• Conduct regular security checks and risk assessments

• Handle incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally

• Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure functionality

• Liaise with external security providers and law enforcement when necessary

• Maintain proper records of incidents, reports, and security documentation

• Ensure all security staff are trained and compliant with protocols and procedures

• Support embassy events with security planning and arrangements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the security field

• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Good knowledge of security systems, procedures, and emergency response

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
