  • Oversee and manage overall sales operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to improve results
  • Review and analyze sales data, reports, and KPIs
  • Lead and supervise the sales operations team
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to plan strategies and targets
  • Improve and develop sales processes for better efficiency
  • Ensure proper coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams
  • Manage order flow and solve complex operational issues
  • Support sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper reporting system
  • Train, guide, and develop team members
  • Ensure all operations follow company policies and standards
