-Provide administrative & secretarial support to MD including scheduling appointments and business meeting, writing correspondence, email, answering questions & requests
-Prepare meeting agenda and take meeting minutes
-Prepare & handle confidential & sensitive documents.(For eg. important contract & documents)
-Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for MD
-Build and maintain good relationships with internal & external associates
-Preparing and maintaining the data shared between the departments and recording the information accordingly
-Can be able to translate (English to Myanmar) reports submitted by other departments
-Must have knowledge and experience in accounting and management
-Other dutied assigned by MD
