Modern Trade Channel

  • Collaborate with trade partners and Modern Trade buyers to achieve sales target
  • Manage modern trade teams to ensure consistent product availability and outstanding in-store visibility.
  • Oversee daily operations, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement promotional schemes to drive sales growth

Sales Promotion & Trade Engagement

  • Lead On-Premises & SWAT teams to execute sales promotions and trade marketing activities in line with the company’s objective.
  • Build & maintain strong trade relationships with customers to secure product visibility, activation opportunities, and promotional support.
  • Implement trade promotions, merchandising standards, and product sampling programs in assigned channels.

Information collection, Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Work closely with nationwide sales teams to gather and analyze sales and marketing data across all managed channels.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports on channel performance, trade promotion effectiveness, and market insights.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, modern trade or trade marketing
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Able to travel to upcountry according to business need
