Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales targets and brand objectives.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, POS materials, and trade activities.
Analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Digital, Business Development teams to ensure aligned execution.
Monitor and report on trade marketing KPIs and performance.
Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Build strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG sector.
Experience in handling nationwide promotions and key account trade planning.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and trade marketing tools.
