• Develop and execute annual trade marketing strategy and plan bases on shopper, consumers, brand, and customer insight that support short- and long-term business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate promotions to optimize ROI on trade marketing budget using pre and post analysis
• Responsible for preparation of the annual promotion plan in cooperation with brand and sales Teams.
• Pro-actively participate and conduct meetings with sales and brand team.
• Manage process of developing and implementing Trade Marketing activities with high customer satisfaction. Including internal communication. All deadlines are mandatory.
• Develop and present Trade Marketing presentations at sales conference/meetings, to motivate and align sales team with Trade Marketing plans
• Manage process of purchasing POSM, premiums and giveaways in cooperation with procurement. Ensure approval from brand team.
• Understand and sales cycle and develop the promotional plans to suit the cycle
• Developing contacts, maintaining healthy business relations and dealings with institutions providing advertising, promotion services, suppliers and media.
• Continuously optimize all processes regarding trade marketing activities and expenditures
• Collecting and reporting comparative promotion activities of competitors periodically
• Keep track of POS and POP items and ensuring smooth allocation and dispatch and effective use in all markets.
• Timely prepare and submit monthly claims for settlement.
• Undertaking sales and marketing activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management, Marketing or relevent degrees.
• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in channel marketing and consumer activations within the FMCG/beer industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering visibility campaigns and programs end-to-end, from briefing to sales team support and execution.
• Strong understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience across the industry, including insights, measurement, and best practices.
• Experience in managing complex POSM production and logistics.
• Demonstrated ability in agency and third-party supplier management.
• Retail marketing experience with a B2C brand.
• Passion for creating and delivering innovative ideas and experiences.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong analytical skills.
