Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Develop and execute national sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Train, and mentor Regional Sales Managers and sales teams to ensure peak performance.
  • Oversee the distribution network and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and wholesalers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the national sales budget and ensure optimal ROI on trade marketing and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in FMCG).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across different regions.
  • Proficient in both English and Myanmar.
