These roles primarily serve corporate clients, providing financial services tailored to their needs.
Managing and facilitating various financial transactions, including domestic and international payments, trade finance, and related services.
Identify transaction banking opportunities and convert to lead and/or expand the transaction banking business to deliver a suite of cash management, deposits, fx, trade finance products and actively promoting cross selling opportunities.
Many Transaction Banking roles involve building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions.
Establish strong working relationships with Product Management Teams.
Lead and collaborate with all stakeholders within Transaction Banking and across other business units to design, develop and deliver solutions successfully to clients.
Build strong relationships with clients, including individuals responsible for the cash
Identifying and converting new business opportunities in the Transaction Banking space, expanding the bank's client base and market share.
Execute and drive assigned portfolio sales plan to ensure that revenue targets and Key Performance indicators are met.
A significant portion of Transaction Banking involves working with international trade finance products, requiring a strong understanding of trade finance processes and risks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, in Business/Banking & Finance preferred
3-5 year experiences in sales or marketing preferred
Past working experience in a relevant role
Knowledge of Trade Products
Knowledge of the Trade Finance risks and related
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Motivation, drive and commitment
Good presentation skills
A track record of effectively handling complex sales, to meet the needs of demanding customers, in a fair and ethical way
