We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and manage nationwide sales operations for our lubricant products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing distribution networks, and managing the sales team across all regions.

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company targets

  • Manage, coach, and motivate regional and area sales teams

  • Expand market coverage and strengthen distributor and dealer networks

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular management reports

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in lubricant, FMCG, or automotive-related products

  • Proven experience in managing nationwide or regional sales teams

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel frequently nationwide

  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience is an advantage
