A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Provide  comprehensive  administrative  and  executive  support  to  the  Managing Director (MD) and Board of Directors (BOD), both native and non-native speakers.
  • Oversee the Intellectual Property (IP) section, coordinating with overseas suppliers to address infringement issues and strengthen IP rights in Myanmar, while enhancing the company’s brand image.
  • Serve as an executive assistant to the Directors’ Office, ensuring all operations are efficiently managed and properly organized.
  • Act as a liaison between the Directors’ Office and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Arrange    domestic   and   international    travel,    including    flight   bookings,    hotel accommodations, and transportation for the MD and BOD.
  • Prepare  and  issue  official  documents  such  as  invitation  letters,  recommendation letters, and supporting paperwork for expatriate visa applications.
  • Handle eVisa applications and related requirements for the MD and BOD.
  • Translate documents between Myanmar and English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Organize  and  manage  meetings,  including  scheduling,  venue  preparation,  agenda distribution, and follow-up.
  • Accurately record meeting minutes and maintain proper documentation and filing systems to ensure information is accessible and delivered to the right stakeholders.
  • Draft  and   issue  internal   memos,   manage  data  entry,  and  maintain   efficient communication flow.
  • Organize in-house training programs for General Managers and office managers.
  • Manage administrative allowances such as phone bill reimbursements for staff.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including staff parties, dealer conferences, and other company functions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the MD and Directors.

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Internet, and Email
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be proficiency in english
  • Can able to work underpressure
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
