Job Description

  • Reporting to Manager and performing secretarial duties
  • Making appointments, arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and taking minutes
  • Compose letters, memos and emails and replying to emails, faxes and post
  • Perform administrative tasks, managing databases, filing systems and photocopying
  • Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate and Diploma in Secretarial Management.
  • 2-4 years of experience as Secretary
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in appointments scheduling and call forwarding systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
