An Officer is generally responsible for carrying out day-to-day operational and administrative activities in accordance with company policies, approved SOPs, aviation regulations, and industry standards.

The Officer supports the smooth and efficient operation of the department by coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and documentation, preparing routine reports and following up on assigned tasks. 

Finance Officer is also expected to identify operational issues, provide timely updates to the relevant supervisor or manager and ensure that all assigned duties are completed accurately, efficiently and within the required timeframe.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional certification (LCCI- Level-3, ACCA part 1) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Experience in preparing journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Good attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Preferably to have the Aviation Safety & Security Awareness.
