Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic partner acquisition (Corporate/Business/Government) by proactive Sales call and service visits
• Schedule appointment, run a simple presentation and follow up post-acquisition.
• Work closely with partners to ensure a successful onboarding experience. (Assisting the partners with onboarding process, by filling up forms and collecting supporting documents)
• Maintain good relationship with existing partners and be a point of contact to liaise with the partners, manage and respond to their queries.
• Monitor the acquisition status, develop acquisition record in the partners database/report.
• Work together with cross section to implement required activities upon active and acquisition status. (Branches, internal departments, external stakeholders)
• Managing communication between the partners and internal teams.
• Drive and support any initiatives and ad-hoc projects and assist the seniors in managing team activities.
• Other necessary job assigned by Department Head

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related filed (MBA or Diploma and Certificate in Business Management are preferable!)
• Have at least 2 ~ 3 years of proven working experience in business management or similar role
• Have excellent leadership skills, communication skills, time-management skills and interpersonal skills
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good positive attitude, collaborative team player
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of verbal and written English language
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
