Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Lead the deployment and configuration, and support for Oracle Opera Property Management System (PMS) solutions in hotels and restaurants.
Install, configure, and test Opera and Micros systems, ensuring smooth integration with other hotel third-party solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and ensure minimal downtime.
Conduct training sessions for hotel and restaurant staff on system usage and best practices.
Work closely with hotel IT teams, finance, and operations to optimize PMS functionalities.
Assist with upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Opera and Micros systems to ensure stability and security.
Provide post-implementation support and ongoing consultancy for system improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience working with Oracle Opera PMS and Micros POS (configuration, implementation, or support)/ any other related PMS or POS System.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservations, front office, billing, and F&B management.
Knowledge of SQL databases, networking, and IT security is a plus.
Excellent communication and training skills to interact with hotel/restaurant teams.
Ability to work under pressure and provide on-site and remote support when needed.
