Key Responsibilities
 

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the Factory 

• Monitor factory production performance and implement operational improvements.

• Plan and control product quantity & quality ,inventory, warehouse, and stock movement.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Sales teams.
Ensure products are delivered to stores on time.

• Develop and improve operational processes (SOPs).
Monitor operational costs and improve productivity.

• Analyze sales and operational reports and provide recommendations.
Conduct regular factory and store visits , operational audits.

• Lead, coach, and evaluate operations team members.
Solve operational issues quickly and effectively.

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.


Requirements

• 
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Fashion operations.
At least 2 years of management experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of inventory, warehouse, logistics, and retail operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Fashion or Apparel industry.

• Experience managing multiple retail stores.

• Familiarity with factory and inventory management systems.
