Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing resources, improving operational systems, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports for operational performance.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Analyze process workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or general management.
• Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., manufacturing, tech, retail] is a plus.
• Proven track record of process optimization and team leadership.
