Grain & Edible Oils (GEOS) operates one of Myanmar’s most advanced corn drying and storage facilities in Ayetharyar, featuring two 15-TPH continuous-flow dryers, biofuel furnaces, and 20,000 tons of silo capacity. GEOS is part of the Myanma Awba Group, supporting farmers and feed industry clients nationwide through reliable post-harvest services.
This role acts as the lead in charge when the Senior Plant Manager is on alternate shift or other assignments. The incumbent will manage day-to-day drying, conveying, and storage operations—ensuring reliability, safety, and quality through strong leadership and process discipline.
• Oversee daily operations of grain intake, drying, storage, and dispatch.
• Operate and supervise PLC/SCADA-controlled plant automation systems.
• Coordinate shift staff and ensure smooth, continuous operation.
• Monitor drying efficiency, energy use, and grain quality performance.
• Lead preventive maintenance and equipment servicing activities.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
• Train and guide team members to ensure accountability and performance.
• Maintain daily reports on throughput, downtime, and operational KPIs.
