Job Description
Responsibilities:
•    Lead the supervisors and sales team in daily operation to ensure the sale team and supervisors are following operation’s disciplinaries and policies.
•    Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
•    Responsible for supervising the daily results of sales or operation planning that was planned by Managing Director and reporting back timely.
•    Monitoring, preparing the daily, weekly, monthly reports of sales effectiveness and reporting to MD.
•    Responsible for each team’s daily planning to achieve the monthly and weekly targets and KPI.
•    Timely Reporting about sale, outlet and competitors activities, promotions, events, exhibition and so on.
•    Complete the additional task that is assigned from Managing Director. 
•    Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating events
•    Cost negotiation and managing suppliers’ relationships
•    Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post event closing
•    Production management from fabrication to on-site set up supervision and management for events

Job Requirements
Requirements Skills and Experience
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    A minimum of 3 years experience in operation (or) related position.
•    Strong Experience in sales operation management
•    Know Education Market well
•    Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
•    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Relevant experience with planning & management of events & exhibitions
