Branch Operations : Direct and oversee overall branch operations in alignment with branch management policies and head office authority frameworks.

Cash & Financial Expense Control: Manage branch petty cash requests, operational expenses, and financial settlements while maintaining strict budget control.

Raw Material Receipt & Inspection: Supervise raw material dispatches from head office, ensuring accurate weight verification, receiving, and entry logs.

Finished Product Dispatch Management: Coordinate finished product return dispatches to head office, ensuring full alignment between sent and received weight records.

Weight Discrepancy & Loss Control: Investigate and resolve weight discrepancies between dispatches and receipts to minimize stock losses across branch operations.

Inventory & Stock Audit Supervision: Maintain accurate branch stock records, perform regular inventory audits, and safeguard company raw materials and products.

Production & Quality Oversight: Oversee daily branch production workflows and enforce quality control standards across all processing stages.

Staff Management & Team Leadership: Lead and manage branch personnel, supervise daily attendance, enforce discipline, and optimize staff performance.

Security & Access Control: Enforce strict security measures, key holding protocols, and facility access controls to protect branch assets.

Audit Compliance & Inspection Readiness: Prepare for and facilitate internal audits and inspections conducted by head office representatives.

Reporting & KPI Management: Compile daily production logs, submit monthly financial/inventory reports, and track operational KPIs for head office review.

Incident Escalation & Resolution: Promptly report operational anomalies, unauthorized incidents, or emergency situations to head office with actionable solutions.

​Must be proficient in relevant management duties.
​Must be 30 years of age or above.
​Must be University Graduate.
​Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
​Must be proficient in using a computer.
Strong knowledge of branches (SOP)
Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to use Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
