Production Planning & Order Management: Oversee and direct overall production management operations in compliance with company policies and established order priorities.

Raw Material & Inventory Control: Monitor raw hair utilization, stock issuance, weighing, and recording procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.

Sorting & Classification Supervision: Oversee raw hair sorting, classification, cleaning, washing, and dyeing processes to ensure adherence to quality requirements.

Wastage & Loss Control: Implement strict loss control measures and minimize material waste across all production lines and processing stages.

Quality Assurance & Yield Control: Enforce strict quality control measures throughout manufacturing to meet output standards and optimize product yields.

Moisture & Drying Management: Supervise hair length, quality grading, drying, and moisture control processes to ensure proper product condition.

Traceability & Batch Management: Implement Batch Numbering systems and ensure complete traceability of finished products throughout the production cycle.

Equipment & Tool Maintenance: Ensure proper usage, daily inspection, and regular maintenance of machinery and production tools.

Chemical Handling & Safety: Monitor chemical requisition, safe handling, usage, and return procedures in compliance with safety standards.

Workplace Safety & Hygiene: Maintain workplace cleanliness, enforce contamination prevention protocols, and uphold occupational health guidelines.

Incident Control & Reporting: Manage production stoppages, handle abnormal operational events, and compile daily production reports for senior management.

Process Improvement & Compliance: Review performance metrics, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and commit to achieving high-quality, low-cost production goals.

​Must be proficient in relevant management duties.
​Must be 30 years of age or above.
​Must be University Graduate.
​Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
​Must be proficient in using a computer.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, safety standards, and manufacturing.
Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to use Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
