  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing သို့မဟုတ် Management ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Operation Management ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး 3 နှစ်မှ 6 နှစ်အထိ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
  • Retail, Wholesale, Trading, Building Materials သို့မဟုတ် Interior Decoration လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
  • Sales Team, Warehouse Team နှင့် Delivery Team များကို ဦးဆောင်ဖူးသူ
  • လုပ်ငန်းအတွင်း SOP နှင့် Management System များ တည်ဆောက်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဖူးသူ
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ
  • Strong Leadership & Management Skills, Problem Solving & Decision Making,Planning & Organizing Skills, Inventory Management,Negotiation Skills,
