• To Implement Operational Risk Control Self-Assessment (ORCSA) in branch level based on the existing operational risk in each branc.• By getting support from Risk Analytic, preparing the CRCSA report for all branches and report to Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in timely.• To Identify and Monitor on the potential operational issue like staff conflict, misappropriation, fraud and handling the customer complaint by coordination with Call center. • Performing root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future.• To Visit the branch to ensuring that the operation activities is fully complaint with external/ internal policy and procedure based on the operation manual and instruction from regulators (CBM or FRD, MOHS and Administrative authorities).• To evaluate and update the Branch Area Risk Maps by coordinating with Risk Analytic and AOMs, RROs, CAs and BMs.• To monitor and review FO/IFO productivity levels and Operations for appropriate action.• To supervise the accomplishment of the risk exposure and Delegation Lending Authority (DLA) and generate periodic reports on results.• To provide control and compliance evaluation report based on the Customer Complaint Register and operational risk register to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) on monthly basis.• To ensure the quality of branch operation activities.• To perform competition analysis and analyze risks related to the market.• Undertake any assigned tasks from supervisor.

Job Requirements
• Any graduate • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Preferably with 3 years of operational management or risk management in relevant Microfinance industry.• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office application; Excel, Words and PowerPoint• Prefer excellent English 4 Skills.• Good initiator who can work proactively with minimum supervision. • Good analytical skill and able to work multitask.• Ability to travel.• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends.
