Key Responsibilities
1. Material Planning & Control
Develop and implement material requirement plans to support production schedules and operational demands.
Ensure continuous availability of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and factory supplies.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment actions to prevent shortages or production interruptions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to forecast material requirements accurately.
2. Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials and equipment.
Follow up on purchase orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status.
Handle supplier complaints regarding quality, specification, quantity, or delivery discrepancies.
Maintain updated supplier records, catalogs, technical documents, and procurement references.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Management
Oversee warehouse and store operations to ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory control.
Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock verification activities.
Establish and maintain minimum stock levels, reorder points, and inventory control procedures.
Reduce inventory losses, excess stock, and obsolete materials.
4. ERP & Data Management
Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory and material transactions in the ERP system.
Review ERP-generated reports and verify data accuracy.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit monthly MIS, MRP, inventory, and shipment status reports to Management.
Analyze inventory trends, material consumption, and stock performance.
Provide recommendations to improve inventory utilization and operational efficiency.
6. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable management systems.
Support internal and external audits related to planning, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
