Job PurposeThe role is a crucial in overseeing the development of cross functional processes and programmes, including leading and driving through stages of defining, planning, execution and reporting. A successful candidate will be resourceful, analytical and exhibits excellence judgement and has relentlessly high standards and has a proven track record in taking on end to end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.Job Responsibilities:Lead, manage and report business critical projects, programmes and initiationsFacilitate process improvements across business and ensure company operating standards met and improved as requiredTaking ownership of the government of project plans, identifying resource needed for project completion, monitoring key performance indicators for projects, and delivering presentations status reports and other project documentation to stakeholderManages multiple process improvement projects/programmes by working together with the team inDefining scope of work and project objectivesEstablishing project activities, deliverables, milestones and timelines coordinating planning activitiesManaging project plans, tracking changes and ensuring resolution of critical issuesCollaborate with Business and Functional Leaders to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities that support Business strategyMaintain awareness of industry trends and advances in management systemsSuggest changes to operations based on industry trends, current business and future business; evaluate effectiveness of systems, infrastructures and management process through costs analysis

Job Requirements:A bachelor degree in Business related fieldBlack belt certified and/or equivalent lean certification preferredProven track record of managing multiple projectsProfessional work experience within the Continuous Improvement remitHas a Operational Excellence passion and mindsetKnowledge of managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisationStrong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously without close direction
