Job Purpose

The role is a crucial in overseeing the development of cross functional processes and programmes, including leading and driving through stages of defining, planning, execution and reporting. A successful candidate will be resourceful, analytical and exhibits excellence judgement and has relentlessly high standards and has a proven track record in taking on end to end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.


Job Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and report business critical projects, programmes and initiations
Facilitate process improvements across business and ensure company operating standards met and improved as required
Taking ownership of the government of project plans, identifying resource needed for project completion, monitoring key performance indicators for projects, and delivering presentations status reports and other project documentation to stakeholder
Manages multiple process improvement projects/programmes by working together with the team in
Defining scope of work and project objectives
Establishing project activities, deliverables, milestones and timelines coordinating planning activities
Managing project plans, tracking changes and ensuring resolution of critical issues
Collaborate with Business and Functional Leaders to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities that support Business strategy
Maintain awareness of industry trends and advances in management systems
Suggest changes to operations based on industry trends, current business and future business; evaluate effectiveness of systems, infrastructures and management process through costs analysis

Job Requirements:

A bachelor degree in Business related field
Black belt certified and/or equivalent lean certification preferred
Proven track record of managing multiple projects
Professional work experience within the Continuous Improvement remit
Has a Operational Excellence passion and mindset
Knowledge of managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously without close direction
