Budgeting for Operating Expenditures and providing financial advice to the budget holders. Be accountable for the
accurate and timeliness of RMPM COGS in financial statement

Key Duties / Responsibilities

•  Lead business planning process from finance side (current year rolling estimate and 3 year planning)

1. Standard Costing run for business plan
2. Collect budgets from budget holders
3. Fill in various existing Excel templates requiring detailed presentation of forecast and actual data

•  Monthly Closing and Reporting Activities

1. Download actual data, Standard Costing run, Ensure the correct cost of product in SAP R3
2. Analyze variances between forecast and actual – monitoring of PPV, VPM analysis of RMPM COGS
3. Prepare Incident calculation, incident true up.
4. Ensure SAP actual is booked against correct cost elements and cost centers

• Provide finance support for decision making process (RM/ PM planning), POV
• Train and guide non-finance partners in regards to Finance and Internal control policies and procedures
• Prepare ad-hoc reports in Excel

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

• Accounting experience, communication with senior management
• Minimum 2 years
• Accounting degree, preferably a professional designation in process (i.e. ACCA).
• University/Bachelor’s Degree

• Well use in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well communicate in English
