  • Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with operational needs and budgets.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality, price, and delivery terms.
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and approvals with accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate inbound logistics, transportation, and inventory flow to avoid delays.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Work with internal teams to forecast requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing activity, cost savings, and logistics performance.

Job Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, including managerial exposure.
 Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and supply chain processes.
 Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve operational issues effectively.
  Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/documentation systems.
  Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
   Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

   Good English skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

    Chinese language proficiency is required.
