Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

✔️Lead and manage end-to-end vehicle sourcing and procurement
✔️ Develop sourcing strategies based on budget, fleet requirements & timelines
✔️ Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for the best price & terms
✔️ Manage supplier relationships, quotations, contracts and delivery schedules
✔️ Ensure vehicle quality, quantity and specifications meet business requirements
✔️ Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Showroom and internal teams
✔️ Monitor sourcing costs, procurement performance and fleet requirements
✔️ Lead the Fleet Sourcing team and ensure timely daily operations
✔️ Prepare and present weekly & monthly sourcing reports to management

Job Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet management, automotive leasing, procurement or sourcing
✔️ Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
✔️ Good knowledge of automotive & fleet management
✔️ Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
