The ATM Product Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of ATM products and services. This includes managing hardware deployments, optimizing software interfaces, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analyzing transaction data to improve customer experience and machine profitability.

  • Manage the end-to-end ATM product lifecycle, including new deployment, upgrades, relocation, and decommissioning.
  • Track “up time” and reliability across the ATM network.
  • Coordinate with vendors for SLA when hardware fails.
  • Analyze currency usage patterns to optimize replenishment schedules, reducing “dead cash” while preventing “cash out” scenarios.
  • Oversee the installation of new ATM units, including site surveys, network connectivity, and branding.
  • Work with designers to update ATM screen flows for better usability (e.g., contactless withdrawals, mobile staging).
  • Review transaction volumes and surcharge revenues to identify underperforming locations for relocation or removal.
  • Stay updated on fintech trends.
  • Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting guides to branch staff and customer service teams.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on ATM performance and issues.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate degree.
  • 2 years’ ATM operational & banking industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic and fast- paced  environment.
