Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Plan and manage assigned projects from initiation through closure. 
  • Develop and maintain core project documents including charter, schedule, stakeholder register, RACI, RAID log, status reports, and closure documents. 
  • Coordinate project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and functional representatives. 
  • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions. 
  • Report project status using PMO standards and governance requirements. 
  • Escalate delivery risks, issues, and decisions through PMO and sponsor channels. 
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance reviews. 
  • Support change control and maintain approved baselines. 
  • Ensure project outputs are handed over effectively to business owners. 
  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience delivering projects in a structured environment. 
  • Knowledge of project governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. 
  • PMP, Dip in Project Management, or equivalent preferred depending on seniority. 
  • Experience in FinTech project executing  

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft 365 such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. 
  • Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
