An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The role holder is responsible for overseeing the integration, testing and maintenance of card payment gateway systems while ensuring seamless and secure card payment processing. They will collaborate with internal teams, merchants and vendors to drive the development and success of card payment solutions, focusing on both technical integration and business performance.

 

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards, and address technical issues in new releases.
  • Implement, test and maintain the Merchant Management System and Merchant Portal.
  • Work closely with merchants to understand their card payment processing Integration needs and provide solutions for merchants integrating our payment gateway with their E-commerce websites and apps.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Card IT, card operations, and Sale/ME team) and external vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and feedback on card payment solutions.
  • Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented and able to execute fast in a dynamic setting.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data.
  • Prepare user guides and provide training to internal teams on new technical releases and updates in card payment processes.
  • Monitor the card payment business performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
  •  Proficient in payment gateway API integration, MMS (Merchant Management System) and card payment processing for POS and Ecommerce Sectors
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills • Experience in the product development and management of card business processes.
  • Experience in providing training to the internal team on new technical releases
  • Strong – Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management of card payment processing
