Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the media team.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, records, and filing systems.
  • Handle office supplies, stationery requests, and inventory monitoring.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and production requirements.
  • Support procurement and payment process documentation.
  • Maintain and monitor office assets, equipment, and media-related inventory.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and transportation coordination when required.
  • Support event coordination, shooting schedules, and production logistics.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for contracts, quotations, invoices, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments for operational support.
  • Monitor office cleanliness, maintenance, and workplace organization.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Experience in media, production, or creative industry is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
