Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise set-up SKD Manufacturing production line.
  • Coordinate directly with the Logistics and Warehouse departments to ensure SKD kits, fasteners, and local source components are ready at the line just-in-time.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other sections within factory.
  • Supervise design and implement localized training programs to upgrade the technical skills of the line supervisors and assembly operators.
  • Supervise production performance KPIs, SOP and reports, and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic planning and operational excellence.
  • Supervise, motivate, and manage line supervisors and assembly operators.
  • Supervise Labor allocations, shift schedule, and overtime control to keep production cost-effective.
  • Supervise and maintain 5s standards and safety regulations on the automotive production line.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (MP, EP, MC) or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ or 3+years of experience in automotive manufacturing environment and minimum 5 or 2 years in supervisory position.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends.
  • Must have and intermediate level of English speaking and writing skills.
