Production Planning & Execution
Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans according to business requirements.
Monitor production activities to ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
Allocate manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources effectively.
Identify and resolve production issues and operational bottlenecks.
Quality Assurance & Food Safety
Ensure all production processes comply with quality standards and food safety requirements.
Work closely with the QA/QC team to maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
Monitor production processes and take corrective actions when quality issues arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, HACCP, and other applicable food safety standards.
Cost Control, Yield & Inventory Management
Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Control raw material usage and minimize production waste.
Monitor production yield and take action to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with the warehouse and relevant departments to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Maintenance & Factory Operations
Oversee the effective operation of production machinery and equipment.
Minimize machine downtime and production interruptions.
Ensure smooth and efficient overall factory operations.
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, supervise, and develop the Production team.
Set clear performance expectations and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and guidance.
Promote teamwork, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Health & Safety
Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures.
Investigate production-related accidents and implement preventive actions.
New Product & Trial Production Oversight
Coordinate and supervise new product development and trial production activities.
Work closely with R&D, QA/QC, and other relevant departments during trial production.
Ensure trial production is carried out according to approved specifications and standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvement and commercialization.

Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects.
Communicate production requirements, issues, and improvement plans to relevant stakeholders.
Support the company in achieving operational and business objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Professional qualifications or certifications related to Production Management, Food Safety, HACCP, or Lean Manufacturing are preferred.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong production planning and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of quality and food safety standards.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Cost control and inventory management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
