We are looking for an experienced and responsible Jewellery Production & Shop Manager to oversee our jewellery production operations and retail shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily jewellery production operations
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and product quality
• Lead and manage production and shop staff effectively
• Oversee daily shop operations and customer service
• Manage jewellery stock, inventory, and product records
• Coordinate between the production team, sales team, and management
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and workplace discipline
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and provide updates to management
• Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure smooth and efficient overall business operations

• Age_ 25 to 40yrs
• Previous experience in jewellery production, jewellery retail, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of jewellery, gold, gemstones, and production processes is an advantage
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Responsible, honest, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to commit to a long-term position

🕘 Working Hours: [ 8:30 to 5:30)
📅 Day Off: [4 days per month in a rotating schedule )
