Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Plan and coordinate material requirements to support daily production.
  • Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure timely material supply.
  • Update production quantities, delivery plans, and stock records in the ERP system.
  • Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase documents and quantities.
  • Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Control inventory movement, bin locations, and material issuance using the Kerridge ERP System.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks and support perpetual inventory (PPI) activities.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery processes and ensure finished goods inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft and Power BI.
  • Assist with COA inspections, document control, and cross-functional operational projects.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and vehicle yard reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse, Inventory, or Production Planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and material planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good English communication skills
