  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations
  • Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage raw material usage and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
  • Supervise workers
  • Implement and maintain safety procedures and workplace discipline
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and process management
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
