  • Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.
  • Conduct regular inspections & review of Warehousing, Procurement & Logistics Vs transportation
  • Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements.
  • Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production.
  • Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient.
  • Resolve any problem that occurs.
  • Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practices
  • Overseeing that the inventory is maintained of all the raw materials & finish Goods to ensure that they are stocked.
  • And manage & handling of Warehousing, Procurement and logistics related with Productions in Factory .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or Any Graduated & MBA is preferable.
  • Proven 5 years & above experience with production as manager role in alcohol beverages industry
  • In-depth knowledge & strong experience of production management & warehousing management, procurement & logistics as a plus.
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulation
  • Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent computer skill and with software like MS Office.
  • Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail
