• Lead and manage the development of small industrial park in Nay Pyi Taw for Valentis and our partners

• Government and stakeholder liaison
- Manage relevant approval documents from government departments for development and operation of the industrial park
- Identify and solve issues related to the project – government, local authority, local residence

• Project development and management
- Develop the small industrial park design – incorporate current and future needs
- Logistics and procurement for related building materials, assets and equipment

• Construction management
- Manage and negotiate contracts with building and other contractors
- Manage contractors to budgets and agreed timelines – earthworks, construction, equipment orders and installation

Job Requirements

• Effective communication skills (Myanmar and English)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail
• Bachelors’ Degree in relevant qualification
• At least 5 years’ experience in the related sector
• Previous experience in dealing with government approval process
• Able to travel regularly
• Able to work under pressure
