The works involve performing the critical role of Client Representative for Unilever, responsible for communicating with and managing internal stakeholders to establish consensus on requirements and drive approvals as needed through design and construction.

The Client Representative will provide the link between the internal Unilever stakeholders, facilitating discussions, establishing constraints, and concluding decisions on requirements throughout the project. The Client Representative will work closely with the Unilever team to understand applicable internal processes and procedures, site conditions, standards and guidelines for design, testing & commissioning requirements and any gaps in information/communication that need to be resolved.

The Client Representative will also be the primary point of contact for appointed consultants and contractors, managing the delivery of Unilever’s requirements from concept design through to handover into operations.

The Client Representative’s responsibilities shall include:

• Primary Unilever Point of Contact

• Establish initial communications with Unilever internal stakeholders/business units

• Internal stakeholder engagement to establish clear Unilever requirements for development in the design brief and delivery by the consultant team

• Monitor design development and consultant team alignment with project vision, design brief and Unilever design guidelines and standards

• Coordinate the flow of information between Unilever and the consultant team

• Secure Unilever stakeholder progressive approval of programme, design, cost, and construction phasing

• Provide Unilever stakeholders with project status updates at agreed intervals

• Update Unilever stakeholders with any change requests from the consultant team to the approved programme, design and/or cost and secure internal change control authorization.
• Update the consultant team with any change requests from Unilever stakeholders and manage authorization of revised programme, design and/or cost”

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field
2. More than 7 Years working experience in PM field
3. Good Organizational and management Skills
4. Strong Communication Skills with contractors
5. Excellent in leadership, analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, financial planning , risk management , negotiation, and presentation skills. 
6. Able to work under intense pressure and team environment
