• Financial Accountability: Full P&L ownership; monitors COGS, labor, and operational overheads.
• Market Expansion: Secures high-value "Forward Contracts" and international off-take agreements.
• Revenue Strategy: Balances farmer payout pricing with corporate margin sustainability.

• 7+ years in a leadership role within an Agricultural Processing or Cold Storage facility.
• Financial Mastery: Proven track record in P&L Management and multi-million dollar budget oversight.
• Global Trade: Deep understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and export compliance.
• Expert knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and Global G.A.P. standards, including the regulatory frameworks for international agricultural trade.
