Lead the overall operational strategy across all support functions (Admin, HR, Admissions & Marketing)
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO/School Director on operational, infrastructural, and organizational matters
Reception & Front Office: Ensure professional, efficient stakeholder experience (parents, students, visitors)
Facilities Management: Ensure safety, maintenance, space utilization, and regulatory compliance
IT & Systems: Oversee system reliability, digital transformation, and user support effectiveness
Security: Ensure campus safety protocols, emergency readiness, and incident management
Fleet Management: Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transport operations
Oversee student recruitment strategy and enrolment pipeline management
Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and school positioning
Provide leadership and direction to HR to ensure: Effective recruitment and workforce planning, Strong onboarding and staff integration, Performance management and appraisal systems,Staff engagement and retention strategies
Ensure HR policies and practices align with operational and organizational goals
Oversee risk management across operational areas
Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation across departments

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in operations, administration, or general management
At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing multiple departments
Experience in education, hospitality, or service-driven organizations is an advantage
