  • Manage and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control.
  • Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Provide timely and accurate project updates to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building projects, having been worked in a similar role for a number of years.
  • Extensive experience in High rises, infrastructure development, commercial, industrial, residential and interiors.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Having been certified in PMP or familiarity with it is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
