Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
Conduct sampling, sensory evaluation, and laboratory testing where applicable.
Record, analyze, and report quality results to management.
Implement and maintain food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, HALAL).
Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Support external audits by certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
Maintain documentation of quality records, SOPs, and corrective action reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Train production staff on quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
Maintain accurate inspection and testing records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.

Job Requirements

Any graduate and more prefer in chemistry and microbiology
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing or processing industry.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL, etc.).
Experience with lab testing, inspection tools, and quality documentation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
