Job Summary
Lead branch performance across Upper Myanmar for KBZMS, driving sales growth, service quality, and operational excellence. Manage branch teams, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure targets, compliance, and customer experience are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee branch operations and sales performance across the Upper Myanmar region.
● Drive business growth through effective planning, coaching, and market development.
● Monitor branch KPIs, ensure target achievement, and report performance trends.
● Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
● Support branch teams with training, motivation, and performance management.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
● Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer retention.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or branch management.
● Proven ability to lead multi-branch or regional teams and deliver business targets.
● Strong knowledge of sales strategy, customer relationship management, and operations.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
● Ability to analyze performance data and make sound business decisions.
● Experience in banking, insurance, or microfinance is an advantage.
● Willingness to travel regularly within Upper Myanmar, based in Mandalay.
